Brakes & Briskets is a “Cars & BBQ” restaurant in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey offering premium wood-smoked craft BBQ, event production, merchandising, and catering. We specialize in large-scale automotive events and redefine Cars & BBQ with our curated shows and smoked BBQ in a family-friendly space. With a strong focus on community and audience engagement, we unite both automotive and food enthusiasts of all ages.

But we’re more than just great food and cool cars - we create events and experiences. From curated car shows and watch parties to charitable fundraisers, comedy shows, BBQ clinics, and pre-fixe dinner experiences, we’re all about bringing people together.

Our journey began with a humble brisket, seasoned simply and smoked slowly until it reached mouthwatering tenderness. Today, our pit crew crafts all your BBQ classics including beef jerky, deli meats, flavorful sauces, and a few surprises to jumpstart your taste buds. Whether it’s an automotive show, corporate event, family gathering, birthday party, wedding reception, or personal meal prep… we’ve got your back for smoked perfection.

Brakes & Briskets throws down the gauntlet, smoking the competition with our live cuttings and unmistakable presence. Fueled by a custom-built offset smoker, our BBQ is infused with a curated blend of rubs (fondly named “brake dust”) and seasoned wood, yielding a flavor and texture that's simply unrivaled. Through our low and slow technique, we craft an irresistible bark and smoke ring that speaks volumes. Our unique service approach allows us to deliver high volume quickly without compromising quality.
