brisket burnt ends

Everything you love about brisket, but in bite-sized cubed morsels cut from the fatty “point.” Smoked for hours and delightfully tender. Don’t think about it, you’ll love it.

Fondly nicknamed “dinosaur ribs,” these gigantic beef bones are salt & pepper seasoned and smoked to mouth-watering perfection. It’s like brisket on a bone!
Available single rib (1 to 1.5 lbs) or full rack (3 ribs). Limited supply, preorders strongly recommended.
Gluten-free. BBQ sauce on the side.

Full racks are available (3 ribs, ~3 to 4.5 lbs). Can you rise to the challenge?

beef jerky

It’s beef jerky! Throw it in your purse, fanny pack, backpack, or murse (man purse). All are acceptable and perfect for the drive.
Flavors include: Black Pepper Teriyaki, Sweet Teriyaki, Spicy Honey Sriracha, and Extra Spicy.
Made in-house. Available by request.
Made to order starting at half a pound. You’ll wish you had at least a pound.
Fresh as can be! We recommend storing in a cool, dry space in an air-tight container or vacuum-sealed bag. Consuming within the week to preserve quality.

st. louis ribs

St. Louis-cut pork ribs coated in sweet dry rub (fondly named “brake dust”) and smoked for several hours before being basted in our honey BBQ sauce.
With endless flavor, it’s the perfect tender bite you’ve been waiting for. We won’t tell anyone you tried to eat the bone.
Count on three to four ribs per person. This amount may vary if your guests are big eaters. Or hate sharing….
Half racks (6) are available. You’ll wish you had at least a full rack (12) though.

chorizo spicy sausage

Seasoned by the smoke, these slightly spicy but delicious chorizo links will complete any order.
Don’t worry, it’s not too spicy. Just enough to feel alive.

Jackfruit is a tropical tree fruit grown in Asia, Africa, and South America. We take young jackfruit, coat it in our dry rub (fondly named “brake dust"), and smoke for hours. Hand-pulled and finished with our house BBQ sauce and additional dusting of “brake dust.”
This meat alternative mimics the texture of pork and soaks up our delicious seasoning and sauce. Your carnivore friends will be none the wiser.
(Our BBQ sauce is not vegan)

Jalapeño Cornbread

Don’t worry, it’s not that spicy. You might feel a small kick if you weren’t expecting it, but it won’t ruin your day.
Our cornbread is closer to the cakey side than cornmeal because that’s just how we like it.

Tallow Cookies

Experience the richness of smoked beef tallow with our smoky chocolate chip tallow cookies, finished with our smoked sea salt.

Ingredients smoked in-house and freshly baked. Tallow cookies are richer, more flavorful, and uniquely indulgent. Our smoky beef tallow adds a savory depth and chocolatey richness regular cookies can’t touch.
Custom quantities available.
These cookies are rich and thiccc. One cookie per guest should do the trick, but everyone knows there’s a separate stomach for dessert….

Special honey BBQ in sweet or spicy versions. Available in 3.4 and 8 oz bottles.
Ultra spicy levels available upon request, but don’t say we didn’t warn you….
We’ve heard you tell us you “put this sh*t on everything” and drink it by the mouthful.

It sounds like it shouldn’t exist, but baby it does! Fatty bacon goodness smoked right into the cookies and cream. Don’t think about it, just treat yourself.
Expect 50+ Oreos per half tray.

Don’t worry, there’s a second stomach for dessert.
