Lines get long fast—arriving before 12PM is your best bet to skip the wait and snag your favorite BBQ. In past events, popular menu items have sold out after 1:00 PM.

If you purchased our “BBQ PreCheck” option, you’ll eat first at 11AM and skip the (long) general line. Utilize the BBQ PreCheck side of the tent if you come after 12PM or wish to return for seconds.
